We believe the most profound and lasting changes are made in a persons experience when they find the strength in themselves to create them.
Our goal is to provide information through education and then support you in making decisions that you believe are best for you, from a place of power. This creates a confidence and self-reliance that we find profoundly beautiful. We do our best to do this from a place of neutrality, knowing that this is your life and your birth and what is best for you as an individual may not be what we would choose personally, but is still completely appropriate for you. We view our job, whether we are your doula or massage therapist, as holding space for you to find what is best for you, and only you can define that.
